Resolution: The licensee Maria Harun, agrees to obtain LIC9227 Infant Safe Sleep Plans for Child 1 and Child 3, and submit proof of documentation, along with a written statement of understanding the cited regulation to the department by fax or e-mail on or before 08/19/2022.
