Resolution: Licensee will conduct a fire disaster drill and document the date the drill was conducted. Proof will be provided to LPA via email by 05/07/2024
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which child #5 does not immunization records available for review during this inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee, Jennifer Furlotte agrees to obtain a copy of immunization records for Child #5 and submit copies of the records to Community Care LIcensing by 05/17/23. Licensee was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which her pediatric CPR/First Aid card is expired and this poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee, Jennifer Furlotte agrees to submit a copy of a current pediatric CPR/First Aid card to Community Care Licensing by 05/01/22.
Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the licensee's immunization records (MMR/TDAP are not available for review which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
