Based on observation, interview, and record review, no additional safety equipment required from AB2866 were present, therefor the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 4 of 4 safety items which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will add a water alarm meeting ASTM F2208 or pool cover, a fixed length 12 foot rescue pole with body hook, a 17-inch USCG approved life ring, and a daily safety inspection log. Licensee will send photographic & video evidence to LPA by 11/21/25 via email.
