Based on observation, interview, and record review, C2 had a partial sleep log and C4 did not have one, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 infants in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will complete a sleep log for both C2 & C4 and will send a week of log records for each child to LPA via email or text. Licensee will also include a plan of procedure for how sleep logs will be completed each day and where they will be kept once completed.

Based on observation, during the inspection no carbon monoxide detector was located in the home, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will install a carbon monoxide detector and send a video of the detector's location and testing to LPA via email or text.

Based on observation and interview, LPA oserved potentially hazardous items (sharp kitchen items. medications, and sharp plants) that could be accessible to the children in care, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: -Licensee will add a locking device to pantry and keep bathroom #2 locked. -Licensee will move sharp kitchen items to pantry immediately after use. -Licensee will make sharp plants inaccessible to children. Licensee will send photos of corrected items to LPA via email or text.
