Resolution: Licensee will complete first aid/CPR training and send the certification to LPA via email or text by 02/26/26.
Based on observation, during inspection the carbon monoxide detector was unable to be tested, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will have downstairs carbon monoxide/smoke detector repaired. While being repaired, Licensee will install a seperate carbon monoxide detector and test the device and send a video of test and location of device to LPA via text or email.
