Resolution: Licensee shall immediately create a sleep log for the infant in care . Log shall document infant's sleeping every 15 minutes. Licensee shall ensure that all infants enrolled in the program have record of a sleep log. Licensee shall submit copies of the sleep log created by POC date- 10/12/2023.

Resolution: Licensee shall ensure that all staff have mandated reporter training on file. Licensee shall submit a copy of mandated reporter certification for her Assistant by POC date - 10/26/23.
