Resolution: Licensee shall ensure that she is present in the facility for 80% of her operating hours. Licensee shall review Title 22 regulations for Operation of a family childcare home and provide CCL a written statement confirming the review of regulations and action plan should the situation arise in the future.

Resolution: Licensee will ensure that all staff have current immunization records on file. Immunization records shall include: MMR, TDAP, TB and influenza (optional/ declaration must be on file) by POC date .
