Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed that areas around climbing structure did not have enough material to absorb falls.

Sink B had a result of 7.3ppb, and Sink C had a result of 19ppb. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
(g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children.
Limitations on Capacity:101161(a): A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement was not met by: Through interview and record review, C2 who was younger than two years of age began Preschool on 9/5/23.This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights to children in care.
