Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the mesh fencing panels to the right side of the pool need to be replaced to meet the five feet height requirement. The height of the four panels does not meet the five feet requirement when measured from the retaining wall which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will replace the mesh fence panels to meet the regulation requirement of five feet and submit the proof by the POC due date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the mesh fence located to the left side of the pool had two panels that measured more than two inches from the ground which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licnesee will ensure that there is no more than two inch gap measuring at the bottom of the fence. Licensee will submit proof to the department by the POC due date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for the gap at the bottom part of the fence located to the right side of the pool that ends at the retaining wall and the gap must be closed/covered to prevent foot hold which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licnesee will ensure that there is no more than two inch gap measuring at the bottom of the fence and prevent foothold. Licensee will submit proof to the department by the POC due date.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring S1 renewed the Mandated Reporter training every two years which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit the mandated reporter training certificate for S1 to the department by the POC due date.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring S1 completed the Preventive Health & Safety training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to get S1 to complete the required Preventive Health & Safety training and submit the certificate to the department by the POC due date.
