Based on observation and interview with licensee, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the top kitchen drawer to the left of the dishwasher had scissors and other sharp objects in the drawer, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will place a safety latch on the drawer and send a picture to LPA via email by 10/07/22. Knives in top drawer next to the refridgerator were removed immediately during inspection.
