Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in locking the under the kitchen sink where there are cleaning products stored which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to lock the cabinet under the kitchen sink to ensure inaccessability to all cleaning and poisnous products that must be out of reach of children and submit a picture to the department by the POC due date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring the cribs or play pen used by infants are free of loose objects or articles which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to remove all the articles from inside the cribs and review CCR 10245 - ninfant safe sleep regulations and submit a written statement of understanding and a picture of the cribs without any loose articles by the POC due date.
