Resolution: The home is cluttered with objects blocking enry & exit ways. front entrance has items stacked and piled around which could be hazardous in an emergency situation. Licensee stated a delivery came 10 minutes prior to LPA arriving and her son will remove the items when home. LPA observed the laundry room door unlocked & a glass mirror standing against the door which needs to be removed. Licensee will remove and clean items and sent LPA Flores photos via email by 5/14/23.

Resolution: Licensee said she will have her son replace the battery today since it is his day off. Licensee will send LPA Flores via email a video or complete a facetime with LPA Flores the smoke detector in operating condition by 4/18/23.

Resolution: Licensee stated her daughter left the arm & hammer there. Licensee removed item immediately during inspection.

Resolution: Licensee stated her daughter handles all the drills and logs, not sure if there is one for the year of 2023. licensee will conduct an emergency drill and submit a photo of drill log to LPA Flores via email by 4/21/23

Resolution: Play pen was ripped and not utilized for the infant in care. Licensee informed LPA Flores the infant has been using the mat and she has been sitting next to the infant until the play pen is replaced. Licensee #2 came home during inspection with a new play pen and will send LPA Flores a photo of the play pen up by 4/18/23 via email.
