... LPA Eivazian observed on 11/02/2021 at 10:00 a.m. there were 5 toddlers present in Toddler room, Red room with staff#1 who does not have Toddler Teacher Qualifications on file. Facility Director, Karin Bilavian confirmed staff#1 is a teacher assistant. This is an immediate Health and Safety risk to the children in care.
