Baased on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for one child, C5 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed child's medication expired on 08/28/2024. LPA reminded Coordinator that expired medications need to be returned to parents and new medication needs to be maintained at the facility with appropriate consent forms.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for one staff, S1 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
