The inspection was made in response to water lead testing samples not being submitted by January 30, 2023. The facility representative stated the facility does not use water from the tap. During today's inspection LPA observed children drinking bottled water. The following deficiency is being cited (see LIC 809D). Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Teresa Collier. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
