Based on observation, interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above Licensee was operating with a waiver for shared bathrooms on campus. The bathrooms for the preschool children were relocated to a different part of the campus without an inspection from CCLD, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s).

California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers (a) California’s Action Level for lead in water at Child Care Centers is 5 ppb. (b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 0.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. (c) If testing indicates an Action Level Exceedance at any water outlet, the water from that outlet is deemed not safe to drink and an immediate response pursuant to section 101704 shall be required. This requirement was not met evidence by: Based on record review provided by licensee indicating (ALE) Outlet B with an ALE of 15 ppb Outlet D 7.5 ppb and Oultet E 9.3 ppb on 05/12/22. This result indicates out of compliance over (ALE) 5.5 ppb, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
