Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed accessible living room is not kept clean and orderly. LPA observed an excessive amount of clothes, toys and miscellaneous items all over the carpet floor and on the couch which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated accessible living room will be cleaned and maintained moving forward and pictures will be sent to LPA via email by end of business on 03/21/2025 for confirmation.
Based on LPA observations and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in on the day of the inspection, there was an infant in care. In accessible daycare room, LPA observed 1 crib. Licensee stated the infant in care does sleep in the crib. LPA observed the light gray fitted bedding was covered in brown spots which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will through crib away and sent pictures to LPA via email by end of business on 03/21/2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in AB1207 Mandated reporter training expired for staff 3which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to renew the AB1207 Mandated reporter training for child care providers by plan of correction date 3/27/23.
