Based on observation and records, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not have the following: A fence surrounding the swimming pool, life ring, rescue pool, daily swimming pool inspection log, and a pool alarm at the time of the inspection, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee immediately installed the swimming pool cover. Licensee will review the bodies of water regulations and submit a written statement on what she understood to the Department by the end of day 05/24/2025. Licensee will also submit a written plan by 5/30/25 on what will be done and how long it will take to ensure their pool abides by Title 22 regulations with copies of the daily logs. Licensee will ensure that no windows have access to the pool. A future inspection will be conducted to clear deficiency.
