Based on (record review), the licensee did not comply with the section cited above Licensee and assistant could not provide evidence of a current Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Provider AB1207, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to provide evidence of herself and staff of a completed Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Provider AB1207 by Plan of correction date 1/31/23
Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in during outside play area inspection LPA observed dog feces, misselaneos broken items, "stinging nettle" and other items which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that the back yard play area is immediately not accessible to play and the children will play in the front yard. Licensee stated that she will clean, rake tanbark under high areas around play structure, swings and slides, fix missing boards on play structure, remove or rescrew screws in play structure, remove "stinging nettle" from yard, pick up dog feces and ensure that play area is safe for children to play by the above plan of correction date.
