Based on LPA observation and interview, upon LPA's arrival, Licensee was supervising nine children including two infants without her assistant present. Licensee contacted her assistant/husband by telephone and he arrived at approximately 10:41 a.m. while LPA was still present. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.

Resolution: While LPA was present, Licensee's assistant arrived and brought Licensee back into capacity. Licensee will run as a small family child care home when there is no assistant present.
