Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to the pool gate not self- latching and self closing which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated the backyard will be placed off limits until pool gate is fixed. Licensee called her handyman to come out today to adjust the gate to be self closing/self latching. Licensee will submit proof of correction via a video by POC 01/19/2025.
