The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide documents showing that the 15-minute checks are being done for all infants in care. Licensee will send the proof to LPA by close of business on due date 05/09/2024.
