Based on Record Review, LPA observed that Licensee and Staff #1 last completed the training on 08/21/2021 and has not completed renewal training. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, Licensee and Staff #1 will complete renewal training and provide proof of completion to CCL Fresno Child Care Office by 02/15/2024.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 persons have not completed the Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Providers (AB1207) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and her assistant/husband have completed the Mandated Reporter Training for General Training. Licensee has completed the Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Providers (AB1207) on 01/05/2019. LPA advised both licensee and assistant/husband on required training for Child Care Providers (AB1207) every two years.
