During the inspection LPAs observed Licensee Combs with 10 children present with no assistant present, as her assistant had momentarily stepped out to deliver additional clothing to a child in school, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee's assistant arrived approximately 10 minutes later to comply with capacity/ratios. Licensee stated that she will view the childcare licensing video titled – "How Many Children Can Attend a Family child care home". Licensee will submit a statement regarding what she learned to CCLD by POC deadline.
