Immunization records for assistant could not be provided by licensee during the inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Julie Elizabeth Cochran who LPA observed caring and interacting with children in care did not have fingerprint clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 10:05 AM during children file reviews, LPA observed two children were missing immunization records and licensee could not provide LPA with the records during the inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to submit immunization records for two children by POC due date. Licensee is aware of the two children who are missing immunization records.
