Resolution: Licensee to submit proof to LPA showing a valid mandated reporter certification for licensee and assistant by POC due date.

Licensee and assistant did not have a current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification inside their file and could provide proof showing they had a current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification during the inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to submit proof to LPA showing a valid pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid by POC due date. Must be American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or EMSA approved.
