At the time of LPA's arrival the adult substitutes was caring for 2 children in licensee's absence. The licensee's CPR and 1st aid is current.
Resolution: The licensee agreed to send a correction for this citation to LPA's email address by the due date of 8/22/2024

At the time of LPA's arrival staff # 2 was caring for 2 children in licensee's absence. The licensee's immunization are complete.
