Resolution: Licensee will begin to give parents the LIC 9227 for all (2) infants enrolled 0-1 year of age with signatures as indicated if infant has mastered the development stage of rolling over on their own and submit copy to the Palmdale Regional Office be email or text by indicated due date.

Resolution: Licensee will take the correct Pediatric First Aid and CPR and submit a copy to the Palmdale Regional Office be email or text by indicated due date.
