Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA discussed to the Licensee the Family Child Care Home capacity regulations. LPA advised the Licensee to update the facility's LIC 9040 and or hire an assistant provider. The Licensee understood and will submit proof to the Regional Office on or by the proof of correction due date.
