Based on LPA's observation, Staffing Ratio and Capacity - Section 102416.5(d)(1) - At 3pm, during the home inspection and on record review, 7 infants were present which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee will update the facility's LIC 9040, will disenroll 2 infants and will maintain some part time children. The License will send proof to the Regional Office on or before 8/16/2023.
Based on LPA's observation, Personal Rights 102423(a)(2) - At 3 pm, during the home inspection, LPA observed 5 children were on a high chair. The children not eating and appeared to just woke up from napping which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee will submit a statement on children's activities wil follow the above regulation on or before 8/16/2023.
