This requirement was not me as evidenced by: Based off of interview with Director of Compliance, facility has been operating within 5 home pods since the beginning of november. This poses an potential health and safety risk to children in care.
Based on [(observation) and (record review)], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where unqualified staff are being left with the infants which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
