During the inspection, LPA observed there to be a 4ft above ground pool without a fence surrounding it in the backyard. There was also a ladder placed in the pool. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will add a fence that meets regulations and will remove the ladder during operating hours or the Licensee will empty the water in the pool until a fence that meets regulations is installed. Licensee will also ensure the pool fence is properly secured. Licensee will provide photos and videos to LPA by 05/29/2024 to document the completion of the plan of correction. The backyard is an inaccessible area and licensee is aware it shall remain that way until the fence is installed and observed/inspected by LPA.
