Resolution: Licensee stated that she and Staff #1 will complete renewal training and provide proof of completion to CCL Fresno Child Care Office by POC 2/18/2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed during record review and Licensee admitted that 10/14 children files did not have LIC 282 (Liability Insurance), which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will have parents complete LIC 282 and submit proof to CCLD by POC 2/18/2025.
