Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not being able to provide Licensing Program Analyst Yesenia Fierro sleep logs for the months of September, October, November, and December which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete 15 minute sleep logs when caring for a infant. In addition Licensee is to watch informational videos on Safe Sleep via the Child Care Licensing website. Licensee will provide a written statement in regards to completion of watching the video and best practices moving forward.
