Based on observation during inspection of classroom, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that one out of one carbon monoxide detector did not function during the test, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed 2 unsecured drop ceiling tiles located in the back corner of the classroom. Furthermore, the knob for the PS bathroom is missing which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
