LPA observation of surveillance footage that showed Staff #1 push Child #1. This is an immediate danger to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.

Director stated they have been leaving it up to parent’s to decide whether their child should wear a face covering while in care. Staff were wearing face coverings. This poses a potential risk to the Health, Safety, and Personal Rights of children in care.
