This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the backyard outdoor space, next to the cemented area, in a dry grass section, there were piles of chicken coop debris mixed with dried cat feces, large spider webs along the fence, small garden tool rakes on the ground and side gate area was open, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she will keep the children inside unitl all hazards are removed or made inaccesible. Licensee will possibly install a fence and send verification of corrections to CCLD by POC due date of 9/23/24.
This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on children's record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for one infant in care, licensee did not complete sleep log which poses a potential health, safety or personal right risks to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to complete the sleep log and send verification to CCLD by POC due date.
