Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the licensee does not have a current mandated reporter certificate available for review during this inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee, Darcy Wynn agrees to complete the mandated reporter training and print out the certificate. A copy of the certificate will be submitted to Community Care Licensing by 06/08/23. Ms. Wynn was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.
