Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct a fire/disaster drill document the drill. Licensee agrees to submit a copy of the document drill to Community Care Licensing by 04/07/23. Licensee was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to completed the mandated reporter training and print out the certificate(s). A copy of the certificate(s) will be submitted to Community Care Licensing by 1029/22. Licensee was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.
