Buildings and Grounds - (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement was not met as evidenced the facility having no running water on 02/06/23 (Monday). Children and staff were provided bottled water, however, the toilets were not able to be flushed after use and they had to use hand sanitzier to wash their hands. This was caused by a broken water pipe. There was no running water for about 1 1/2 hours.
