The Licensee is licensed to 14 children; however, this is with an Assistant present. At time of inspection, Licensee was alone. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states that they will ensure that ratios are met at all times. Licensee further states that they will provide a memorandum of understanding of the cited regulation to LPA by POC date.
