Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 5 out of 12 children were infants, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee contacted the legal guardian of C12 to be picked up. LPA's observed C12 being picked up during the inspection. Licensee understands they are allowed five infants, however all five infants cannot be in care at one time. Licensee is allowed to stagger which times/days infants are incare, no more than four infants are to be present at one time.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above did not have the required postings available which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated all required postings will be printed and posted and proof will be provide to LPA by 02/16/2024.
