Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited aboveC3 did not have an LIC627 on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated they will obtain a signed copy on the LIC627 and maintain the copy in C3's file.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee immediately removed the medication from the counter making it inaccessible to children in care. The licensee was reminded that all medication should not be in arms length of children.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses there are two large plastic containers of Roundup Weed and Grass Killer and a metal container of CharKing Instant Ignite Lighter Fluid that are accessible in the backyard where the children play inside a plastic storage room with the two doors off of the hinges. The containers are approximately half full. This presents an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee, Glendalee Cortez agrees to have the poisonous containers of Roundup Weed and Grass Killer and CharKing Instant Ignite Lighter Fluid disposed of immediately. Ms. Cortez was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late. Corrected during the course of this visit by disposing of items.
