Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the carbon monoxide detector was without batteries which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During the inspection, licensee replaced the batteries in the carbon monoxide detector and showed LPA that it was in working order.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in2 of 2 infants were missing the LIC9227 safe sleep plan which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During the inspection, LPA provided licesnee with copies of the form. Licensee will have parents complete the forms and return by the POC due date.
