ALLEN FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the assistant was left alone with four infants and three other children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. When only one staff is present the ratios revert from large family care to a small family child care.

Resolution: Licensee arrived at the home to bring the facility back into ratio.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which there is not mandated reporter certificate available for review during this inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to have assistant complete the mandated reporter training and submit a copy to Community Care LIcensing by 05/23/23. Licensee was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late. Resolution: LIcensee agrees to have assistant complete course for CPR/First Aid and submit a copy of the current card to Community Care Licensing by 07/23/23. Licensee was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58(b, that there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.
