Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee and her daughter last completed the Mandated Reporter Training in November of 2018 and Licensee's husband has not taken the training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she, her daughter and husband who assist with the daycare children will complete the required Mandated Reporter Training and submit copies of the certificates to CCL by the POC due date of 12/30/21.
