Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the kitchen drawer was a cutting knife and a sharp grilling fork, in the hall wall closet there was a pair of adult scissors and 2 screw drivers, within the reach of children and accessible, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed all items during visit and placed were items are no longer within reach to children in care. Corrected during visit.
