Based on observation and interview, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above iwhich poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee Sergio Perez was not in the facility during the inspection. LPA asked about his whereabouts and Licensee Martha Perez stated that he has a job outside of the home. Licensee Martha stated she is the primary caregiver and Licensee Sergio assists as needed.
Resolution: Licensees will submit a written statment to CCL by due date about their understanding on the regulation stated above. If the Licensees decide to remove Licensee Sergio she will send the LIC 279.
