Based on record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee Montaya stated that since being licensed, they have not completed a fire/disater drill.
Resolution: Licensees will provide CCL with a copy of there fire/disaster drill by the due date.
Based on interview and record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above in that 2 out of 2 infants did not have a 15 minute sleep log which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee Montoya stated that she was aware of the 15 minute log but she has not been utilizing it for the infants in care.
Resolution: Licensees will provide CCL with a copy of there sleep logs for C1 and C3 (refer to LIC 857) by the due date.
Based on record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During file review, LPA observed that 1 out of 4 children had incomplete immunization record and, 2 out of 4 children had no immunization record.
Resolution: Licensees will provide a copy to CCL of complete immunization records for C1, C3, and C4 (See LIC 857).
