Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Although no sleeping infant, LPA observed there was a storage bag on the side of the play yard and a type "stoller shade" with hanging toys on the inside of the play yard.
Resolution: During the visit, Licensee made the correction and removed all objects.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C3 does not have updated immunizations and C4 is missing immunization records.
Resolution: Licensee will provide CCL a copy of C3 and C4's immunizations, or appointment dates for immunizations, by due date.

Resolution: Licensee will complete and document a drill by 12/8/23. Licensee will submit copy of log to Department.
